Meet Caralee Thurell-Hoyt, Casa del Rio’s Activity Director. Caralee has been a long time employee with us starting when she was 15 years old. She did take a short break and worked for Disney World, but then returned to Casa. She has many talents and brings enthusiasm and great ideas to her position. Caralee’s activities schedule is full of social events and great outings to keep you entertained for the whole month long. Below, is a sampling of the many shopping and social events our residents enjoy.

We’re going out to:

Sunday Brunch, monthly dinner party with entertainment, Cribbage, cocktail parties, Bridge, Poker, Rummikub, coffee chats, Avon sales, special guest speakers, ice creme sundae’s, Sittercize, Canasta, clothing sales, worship services, Saturday’s Prime Rib Dinner with wine, a mid-week afternoon entertainer, Sunday afternoon movies on our ‘big screen’ TV - just to name a few!
